Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Policy

This Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Policy applies to all intellectual property owned, created, used, published, distributed or licensed by Comfy Club. It should be read together with the Comfy Club Website Terms & Conditions and all other applicable policies.

4. COPYRIGHT
All copyright-protected works created by or for Comfy Club remain the exclusive property of Comfy Club or its licensors. Copyright protection applies automatically upon creation and includes both registered and unregistered works. Nothing in this Policy transfers ownership of copyright to any third party.

5. TRADEMARKS
The Comfy Club name, logos, branding elements and associated identifiers are valuable business assets. No person may, without prior written permission:

• Reproduce Comfy Club branding
• Create confusingly similar branding
• Register similar marks
• Use Comfy Club branding for commercial purposes

6. PERMITTED USE
Visitors may:
6.1 View website content for personal, non-commercial use.
6.2 Download or print limited content solely for personal reference.
6.3 Share publicly available Comfy Club content through social media platform sharing tools, provided no modifications are made.

7. PROHIBITED USE
Without prior written consent, no person may:

8. PRODUCT DESIGN PROTECTION
Comfy Club actively develops original product designs, garment concepts and fabric prints. The existence of a product, design, image or sample does not grant any right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute or commercially exploit that design. Any unauthorised reproduction may result in legal action.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Where customers submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, comments or social media content relating to Comfy Club products:
9.1 Ownership of the original content remains with the creator.
9.2 By submitting or tagging Comfy Club, the creator grants Comfy Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, display and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
9.3 Users warrant that they have the necessary rights to submit such content.

10. CUSTOM DESIGNS AND CUSTOMER ARTWORK
Where customers supply artwork, logos or designs for custom orders:
10.1 Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use the supplied materials.
10.2 Customers indemnify Comfy Club against any claims arising from unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.
10.3 Comfy Club reserves the right to refuse any artwork that may infringe intellectual property rights.

11. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content appearing on a Comfy Club platform, please contact us with:
• Your contact details
• Description of the work concerned
• Evidence of ownership
• Details of the alleged infringement Comfy Club will investigate all legitimate complaints.

12. ENFORCEMENT
Comfy Club reserves the right to:
• Request removal of infringing content
• Issue cease-and-desist notices
• Suspend access to services
• Seek damages
• Institute legal proceedings
• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law

13. NO IMPLIED LICENCE
Nothing contained in this Policy or on the Comfy Club website shall be interpreted as granting any licence, permission or right to use any intellectual property without prior written consent.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Comfy Club reserves the right to amend this Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and become effective immediately upon publication.
